corner of the home page.

2. Fill in all the necessary information requested for proper registration. Click “Register” and

you will be redirected to a screen confirming your registration.

Note: Post Office Boxes cannot be accepted in the address field.

Returning User:

1. Fill in your email address and password in the “Returning Patients” area.

Steps on how to order through XYMOGEN’s online store

1. Go to www.store.xymogen.com

2. Click on sign in

3. Under the “New Users” title, select the “Patient” button

4. Being a new patient and not having an account with XYMOGEN, select “NO” and enter the code provided by Dr. Lee as well as his last name. Then click “submit”.

Keep in mind, the code is case sensitive.
Once you have submitted that information, proceed to enter in a user name and password.
